Shipping Information
We take care to prepare each order for its journey to you.
Processing Time: 2–3 business days.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Items must remain in their original condition.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Packaging must be intact.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days following inspection.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would prefer another size or colour, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Final sale, discounted and promotional items are non-returnable.
